How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, go to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are shown in West African CFA francs (FCFA).

Why does a product say “Sold out”?

Some products sell quickly. Contact us at contact@glowchemist.shop and we will tell you when it is back in stock.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We list genuine products from established brands and check each order before dispatch.

Which supplement is right for me?

It depends on your goal. Send us a message about what you want to support, such as sleep, energy, digestion, skin or immunity, and we will suggest options. For medical conditions, always ask your doctor or pharmacist first.

Can I take supplements during pregnancy?

Only with your healthcare professional’s advice. We stock prenatal formulas, but please check with your doctor before starting any supplement.

Can I return an item?

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
